I focus on showing you how to love your body again and to listen to what it is saying to you. I teach you how to build up a variety of sessions using simple pieces of equipment, that you can then do at home. With over 30 years experience of CFS/ME I understand daunting the thought of exercise can be. I also believe it should be fun! I believe that our wellbeing should be as individual as we are. Whatever you want to do, whether that's gardening, horse-riding, hiking, or simply being fit enough to play with your children, it starts with moving your body.
