Are you stuck with where you are mentally and physically?

We walk, we talk, we laugh, we learn. There have been times when I have been to ill to walk. There have been times when I have had to walk with a stick like an old woman in my 20's and 30's. Walking is to me a precious gift and one of the best ways to lift our spirits as well as gently get into shape. My Walk/Talks are a relaxing and energising way to work through blocks and issues, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, all whilst gaining the added benefits of being in nature. A perfect combination in my opinion. I also use my PT and sports massage training to look at how you walk and ways in which you could maximise your enjoyment from this simple, but effective pastime.
